At sermons > sermon settings you will find 7 sermon page layout options. The first is what you have now. The next three are more for churches that use video and the last three are for churches that focus on audio.
If you’d like to try them out I’d suggest trying them with and without the “Highlight the latest sermon on the sermon page” option selected so you see all the possibilities.
