Conformation vs Notification

All forms have conformations and notifications. But what’s the difference?

A conformation is the message that shows on the screen after someone clicks submit.  The form disappears from the screen and a conformation message like “Thanks for reaching out to us! We will get in touch with you shortly.” shows where the form was. You can edit that message by editing the conformation for the form.

A notification is an email being sent to notify you someone filled out the form. You can also add a notification to send the person that filled out the form an email.

To edit the conformation or notification for a form click forms then click on the name of the form. At the top, place your mouse on settings, and you’ll see both conformation and notification in the drop-down menu.
